Nike Fitness is a free app that provides you various workouts that are perfect to do in your living room. Most don’t require equipment and can be completed in less than 1 hour!
Charity Miles is a free iTunes app that you can earn money for charities whenever you are active. Sponsors agree to donate a few cents for every mile you complete. Improve your health while helping out charities!
MyFitnessPal is a free iTunes app from the folks at Under Armour that helps you track how much you eat and calories burned. This seems to be one of the more user-friendly calorie counting apps out there.
